Welcome to ULTIMATE March Break Camp!
ULTIMATE March Break Camp is a one week camp experience for children residing in the Lowertown, Ottawa area who are between the ages of 6 and 12. ULTIMATE combines traditional camp elements with unique, enhanced activities to create a rare opportunity for its participants to engage in stimulating play, interactive learning, and skillbuilding.
Our program boasts an inclusive line-up of features to ensure an exciting, mind-blowing, and unforgettable camp experience for our participants:
• A large focus of York Street ULTIMATE focuses on providing ENHANCED activities- science explosions, dining with alligators, travelling to space- YSU organizers create a mind-blowing program that is 100% barrier free!
• Our supervised program provides a safe haven where children can play and learn during their March Break while building their leadership and skills base.
• Our team of energetic youth leaders double as mentors and role models to our participants, and create an environment which is bound by strong friendships and fun.
• The program ensures that there is always First Aid/CPR trained and multilingual leaders on site at all times, to ensure a smooth and flawless delivery of the camp. Even more, our skilled team includes professional child and youth workers, recreation planners, social work scholars, and more!
• Our full day program is offered free of charge in partnership with Lowertown Community Resource Center, and with the support of our generous sponsors.
